Romans 5:18

18 Consequently, just as the result of one trespass was condemnation for all men, so also the result of one act of righteousness was justification that brings life for all men.

Complete cure. Can you imagine that God’s goodness can reach to the lowest depths of the worst sin in the worst sinner? Is God able to look at that secret closet in our lives and freely ask us to open it so He can perform an “operation organization?” That is what this verse says. Every place that sin has infected, God’s grace can reach to clean. There is no sin, no transgression, no folly, no horrible act, that the sacrifice made by Jesus did not provide payment. We must just be willing to open that area to His inspection and cleansing. But in order to do that, we must see the sin ourselves and be willing to let Him be present with it in our lives. I remember when I was very young making a mess. When my Mom came in and saw the mess, I bowed my head in embarrassment. But I did not stay looking at the ground because my Mom spoke my name and bent down and began helping me pick up the mess. She came down to my level and looked me in the face, eye to eye, and said she still loved me. God reached down, became not just part of the solution, but the solution itself. Are you living in the solution?
